I want to say thank you!

Most of you chose the photo titled “Escape”, and that title wasn’t chosen by accident. For me, it captures a very personal moment. It was July 2021, right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We traveled – wearing masks and with our newborn son – to Iran to visit my in-laws. The photo shows Mount Tochal, part of the Alborz mountain range, right on the edge of the bustling city of Tehran. Its summit reaches 3,963 meters – a place that felt like the perfect spot to escape. When I saw the camper up there, I just had to press the shutter. Thank you to the unknown person who made this moment possible.
